Position details:

Sales Position 

Belgium Beverage Asia Company Limited

Bangkok and surrounding area

Key Accountabilities:

  • Sell company beer products into Restaurants, Pubs, Bars and all social venues
  • Build profit centers based on companies Belgium imported beer product lines
  • Achieve Sales volume set by the company
  • Contribute to company growth with an aggressive sales approach
  • Make annual targets with company and customers. Track, achieve and review targets
  • Search and develop own customer list. Manage promotions, POS, and other features to promote sales of company products
  • Visit assigned accounts under monthly and weekly routing plan to strengthen a relationship and to ensure all sales fundamental activities and profits are achieved
  • Identify, implement, and continuously improve displays of company’s products in each customers’ location
  • Maintain and increase levels of distribution of company’s products in existing customers with upselling techniques and quick execution of promotions
  • Deal with customers in all issues of contacts about Shipment, Service, Negotiation, Proposal, Technical problem solving
  • Initiate plans and activity to achieve targets and increase profit to the company
  • Coordinate with an administrative section to ensure smooth distribution to customers

Qualifications:

  • None
  • Some English writing & reading.
  • Good skill in negotiation
  • Good personality and interpersonal skills
  • Good planning and coordination, proactive, and hands-on
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong self-motivation and commitment towards sales target achievement
  • Strong in human relationship, motivated, creative, adaptable and able to work independently
  • Fast learner and initiative with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Service-minded

Other:

  • Good commission for a hard worker.
  • Base salary guaranteed 20,000baht/month to 40,000baht/month or negotiable depending on sales, industry knowledge and experience
  • All company travel on company expense.
  • Recent Graduate will be considered
