The Lambiek is brewed in a traditional artisanal way, maturing in oak barrels to acquire the characteristic spontaneous fermentation.

St. Louis Premium Framboise is a fruit beer based on traditional Gueuze Lambiek. During the brewing process, 25% juice is added, produced from Willamette raspberries.

This St. Louis Premium Framboise is a real thirst quencher due to its low alcohol content. It has a beautiful aroma of raspberries and it a very popular summer drink and in hot tropical climates.

The St Louis Fruit beers are very popular in Thailand.
